Bone Anchored Hearing Aids
Some patients may require surgical intervention to better assist with their hearing needs. For these individuals, the option of a Bone Anchored Hearing Aid can be available. Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (BAHA) are surgically implanted into a patient’s skull. Once implanted the BAHA sound processor picks up sound and then transmits it through the processor via vibrations to the inner ear.
Through our connection with Oticon Medical, we are able to provide all Oticon Bone Anchored Hearing Aid sound processors, parts, accessories, replacements and repairs. We distribute the latest in all Bone Anchored Hearing Aid technologies including Ponto Plus® and the Ponto Streamer®. All Oticon Pontos are also equipped to work with FM systems via a plug in FM receiver.
